Gifted Healthcare is currently seeking a talented and dedicated
Travel Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) Registered Nurse (RN) to
join our team in Albany, Georgia. This position offers nurses the

Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to critically ill
patients within the MICU. Work collaboratively with a
multidisciplinary team to plan, implement, or evaluate patient care
plans. Maintain accurate patient records and monitor patient's
vital signs, administering medications as prescribed. Educate
patients and their families on disease processes, treatment, and
prevention. Respond swiftly and accurately to changes in patient
condition or emergencies, prioritizing timely problem solving and
decision making. Comply with all safety and infection control
standards. Proficient in using medical software for patient
management. Expertise in MICU equipment (ventilators,
defibrillators, etc.). Strong decision-making and critical thinking
skills. Excellent communication and patient/family education
abilities. Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure
environment. Medical Insurance Current Registered Nurse (RN)
license in the state of Georgia. BLS certification required; ACLS
preferred.
