Medical/Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse – Georgia Start Date:
January 26, 2026 Location: Fayetteville, Georgia Compensation:
Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 12-hour shifts;
day shift 4-6:1 patient ratio, night shift 6-7:1 patient ratio;
every other weekend required; no call Highlights: Patient diagnoses
include TIA/Stroke, Anemia, UTI, Chest Pain, and other general
medical/surgical patient populations Epic charting system preferred
12-bed unit with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including
IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, and
rapid response teams First-time travelers accepted with minimum 1
year of experience Floating within facility and scope of practice
as needed Maximum 7 days requested time off during assignment
Requirements: Active Georgia or Compact RN license required at time
of application Minimum 1 year of nursing experience Current ACLS,
BLS, and NIHSS certifications required Experience with telemetry
monitoring and interpretation of dysrhythmias Proficiency in blood
product administration, central line blood draws, IV starts and
maintenance, and post-angiogram/post-cardiac surgery care Two
supervisory references from Manager level or above required with
submission Full compliance documentation required prior to start
