Location: Atlanta Georgia and surrounding areasJob Type: Full-timeCompensation: $110,000 - $135,000 per yearAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide advanced wound care to patients in their homes. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patient care.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive wound assessments and follow prescribed treatment plansEducate patients and caregivers on proper wound management and prevention strategiesMonitor and document wound healing progress using evidence-based protocolsCoordinate care with physicians, home health agencies, and other healthcare providersMaintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and ensure documentation meets industry standardsTravel to patients' homes within the Atlanta Georgia, areaQualifications & RequirementsActive Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of Georgia Experience in wound care preferred (WOCN certification is a plus)Ability to work independently while following established treatment protocolsStrong communication and patient education skillsValid driver's license and reliable transportation Comfortable with wound care
