a Phlebotomist to work in a client office. In this role you will
provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen
collections and be the face of the company. In addition, you will
be provided opportunities for continuous growth within the
organization.* QUARTERLY INCENTIVE BONUS PROGRAM PSTs may be
eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a

Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm with 30-minute lunch break.This is a
full-time position working 40 hours per week. The hours/location
may change/vary based on business need and/or the request(s) of
your supervisor or management.Work Location: Canton, GA This
position does not require you to be fully vaccinated against
COVID-19. Job Responsibilities:
- Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary
techniques for all age groups.
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol
tests etc.
- Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and
timely manner.
- Process billing information and collect payments when
required.
- Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
- Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
- Provide superior customer service to all patients.
- Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
- Assembling equipment such as: tourniquet, needles, disposable
containers for needles, blood collection devices, gauze, cotton,
and alcohol on work tray, according to requirements for specified
tests or procedures,
- Performing other responsibilities as required, Work with and
draw from a wide range patient cases in a confident manner,
- Maintaining safe, secure, and healthy work environment by
following standards and procedures and complying with legal
regulations,
- Verifying or recording identity of patient or donor and
converses with patient or donor.
- Maintaining Refrigerator and Freezer temperatures.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment,
- Comply with legal Phlebotomy regulations, Handle urine
analysis, blood testing, Perform a variety of routine blood drawing
procedures.
- Travel to additional sites when needed.Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is
preferred.
- Previous experience as a phlebotomist
- Proven track record in providing exceptional customer
service.
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Comfortable working under minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record if
applicable
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
- Able to pass a standardized color blindness test.If you're
