30303 Job Summary Provides daily supervision, quality control, and
performance management for survey interviewers in support of
federal data collection operations. Key Responsibilities Monitor
interviewer productivity and quality metrics Conduct quality
reviews and coaching Ensure performance standards (AQLs) are met
Support training and certification tracking Coordinate with Project
Manager and Government staff Document corrective actions and
improvements Requirements: Required Qualifications Supervisory
experience in call center or survey operations Experience with
quality assurance or performance monitoring Strong reporting and
communication skills
