Global Payments Inc., a frontrunner in payment technology and software solutions, is looking for a strategic and dynamic Partner Experience Manager to join our Business Development & Strategic Planning team. This pivotal role focuses on managing and enhancing the relationships with our strategic partners, aiming to boost partner satisfaction and drive mutual growth. As a Partner Experience Manager, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive partnership strategies, managing partner communications, and ensuring partners are fully engaged with our innovative solutions. Develop and implement strategic business plans with partners to drive mutual growth. Manage all aspects of partner relationships, including communication, conflict resolution, and compliance with agreements. Measure and analyze partner performance against contracted deliverables and key performance indicators. Conduct regular partner reviews to ensure satisfaction and address any issues. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor and enhance offerings that meet partner needs. Organize and participate in partner meetings and events to maintain a strong working relationship. Provide feedback and insights from partners to relevant internal stakeholders to aid product development and innovation. Strong understanding of financial services and payment technologies Ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proven strategic planning and business development abilities Ability to analyze data and performance metrics Competency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Business Development Professional (CBDP) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an added advantage.
