As a Management Trainee , you’ll learn how to lead a team, ensure customers are receiving top-tier services and helping sales team members develop skills and maximize their abilities. You’ll also receive high-level coaching and training from seasoned management professionals to help you succeed in this role. Management Trainee Duties: Utilize leadership abilities to help oversee business operations Manage and develop a strong team through effective coaching and support Ensure customers experience best-in-class services, entertainment, and technology from team members as well as yourself Help to meet and exceed overall business sales objectives Gain valuable experience coaching a team of salespeople to meet sales and service goals Shadow senior management staff to learn the ins and outs of holding a leadership role
