Elk Head Clothing, located inside Ponce City Market , is searching for high-energy, motivated, and fashion-forward individuals to join our team as Key Holders (Part-Time) . Position: Key Holder (Part-Time) Location: Elk Head Clothing, Ponce City Market Schedule: Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, 11 AM – 9 PM Hours: 30 hours per week What You’ll Do: Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, engaging with customers to create an exciting shopping experience. Sales: Drive sales through authentic interactions and strong product knowledge. Leadership: Act as floor supervisor in the absence of a manager, overseeing daily operations and guiding the team. Store Support: Assist the Store Manager with daily operations, including opening/closing, inventory management, and visual displays. Product Knowledge: Stay on top of fashion trends and product details to offer expert advice. Store Operations: Handle POS transactions, asset protection, and ensure store standards are met. What It Takes: Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience (retail a plus). Fashion Knowledge: A passion for current fashion trends. High Energy: Must be upbeat, outgoing, and ready to engage customers and the team with enthusiasm! Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and leadership abilities. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Flexibility: Must be available to work weekends and adapt to a dynamic environment.
