Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Development - Pre-Sales
Services Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Leverage system and domain expertise in client discovery and
scoping
Develop and maintain relationships to create value-based
opportunities
Support proposal and Statement of Work development, capturing
relevant information in the CRM system
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in consultative selling within the
HCM or WFM industry related to UKG systems
Proven ability to manage relationships with mid-level and C-level
leaders
Experience working independently without daily supervision
Ability to multi-task between different opportunities and
clients
Highly motivated and team-oriented
