Our client is seeking a Maintenance Manager for their manufacturing facility in Southern Georgia.This job will have the following responsibilities:Supervise and lead maintenance processes to ensure on-time production and deliveryManage spare part Inventory processesEstablish and implement preventive maintenance systemsApply experience and skills when troubleshooting PLCs, automation and controlsDirect management of all maintenance staff affiliated with this plant locationSelects and trains employees to produce at standard-and-above efficiencyParticipate in lean/continuous improvement projectsRequirements/Skills:Associate's or Bachelor's Preferred but not required3+ years of Maintenance Management experience, preferably in a high volume food or consumer products manufacturing environmentSolid PLC troubleshooting experienceProficient with Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPointExcellent mechanical aptitudeThe company offers an excellent compensation package, including an annual bonus and relocation assistance if needed.UI 922113
