Job DescriptionTitle: Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Invo
Family of CompaniesReports to: Center Manager BCBAJob SummaryThe
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a supervisory position
that provides weekly motivation, coaching, and support of
Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). The BCBA will be
accountable for metrics, client outcomes, employee retention, and
parent training. The BCBA coordinates with all stakeholders to
ensure our clients' highest quality of care.The BCBA requires
flexibility, time-management, and collaboration with judgment. The
right candidate will proactively identify potential barriers to
client outcomes, deliver transparent expectations to parents, and
submit care plans timely.Quantitative Expectations
- Accountable for client cancelation metrics
- Increasing employee retention under their supervision
- Responsible for a minimum of 120 combined billables (100
supervised/20 BCBA)Essential Functions
- Comply with all company policies and procedures and regulatory
requirements of payors and governing entities, including the
BACB
- Recommend therapy and parent training hours with integrity
- Accountable for the overall treatment plan and progress of the
client
- Communicate and maintain effective working relationships in all
levels of the organization
- Write and revise behavior-analytic treatment plans.
- Train stakeholders and staff to ensure fidelity in the
implementation of treatment plans
- Implement feedback and continue to seek personal growth and
development
- Retain and engage employees by creating a welcoming and fun
work atmosphere that fosters camaraderie, dedication to the Invo's
mission, productivity, and expresses a value for the staff's
- Maintain confidentiality according to HIPAA guidelines
- Identify challenges and present solutions to the Regional Lead
Board Certificate Behavior Analyst
- Comply with all company policies and procedures and regulatory
requirements of payors and governing entities, including the
BACB
- Attend monthly staff meetings Qualifications
- Credentialed as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst by the
BACB
- Minimum of one year experience providing direct services to
individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Experience or willingness to learn a variety of nest practices
in assessments across domains such as but not limited to PEAK,
VB-MAPP, AFLS, AIM, Carolina Curriculum, Socially Savvy, and
Essentials for Living.
- Development of skill acquisition and behavior support plans
with proven, measurable improvement across metrics
- Desire to mentor RBTs and Supervision Students
- Knowledgeable or interest in Natural Environment Teaching,
Discrete Trial Training, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Verbal
Behavior, Pivotal Response Training, Incidental Teaching, Early
Intensive Behavioral Intervention, Precision Teaching.
- Values coordination and collaboration with multiple care
providers, including Special Education Professionals,
Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physical
Therapists, Pediatricians, and Neurologists.Invo Behavior and
