FLEXIBILITY:

• We re pet friendly and have passenger insurance available. PAY:
  • Get paid weekly
  • Guaranteed $1,000 per week gross.
    Dry Van:
    • Up to .50 CPM. Our drivers average $1,125 per week gross; $58,500 per year gross.
      Flatbed:
      • Up to .60 CPM. Our drivers average $1,375 per week gross;
      • $71,500 per year gross.
      • 100% fuel surcharge
      • Paid orientation
        ADDITIONAL BENEFITS:
        • $175 weekly advance
          YEARLY RAISES:
          • Additional percentage annually with safety and performance evaluation. BONUSES:
            • $5,000 Sign-on Bonus = $500 at 6 months $1,000 at 1 year $1,500 at 2 years $2,000 3 years
            • Clean Inspections: $250 Level I, $75 Level II, $50 Level III
            • Driver Referral Bonus = $2,500 = $100 at 1st dispatch $200 at 30 days $200 at 60 days $1,000 at 1 year $1,000 at 2 years.

                • At least 22 years old
                • 24 total months of CDL Class A driving experience
                • A minimum of 18 months in the last 3 years
                • Flatbed drivers need 1 full year of flatbed, step deck, or RGN experience within the last 3 years.
                • No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
                • Maximum of 4 moving violations in the last 3 years
                • No preventable accidents in the last 3 years
