Job Description:
Seeking a compassionate RN Unit Manager with a salary range of
$84,240 - $123,357/year plus experience credit. Benefits include
weekly pay, gas allowance or ferry reimbursement, health, dental,
vision, life insurance, retirement plans, tuition reimbursement,
referral bonuses, PTO, and holiday pay. The role involves
overseeing nursing services, developing care plans, coordinating
with staff and healthcare professionals, and ensuring a safe,
well-maintained environment. Qualifications include an active RN
license, at least 2 years of nursing experience, 1 year in
leadership, BLS/CPR certification, and interest in geriatrics.
Experience with dementia is desirable. The position offers flexible
