Job Summary
The Account Manager for the Inner Circle Program at DSOA is responsible increasing the retention rate and upgrade rate of the Inner Circle Program. They will oversee customer engagement and ensure that members are implementing the curriculum in order to reduce the risk of churn. The Account Manager will also find opportunities for members to upgrade to higher tiers of the Inner Circle Program as their business grows. Lastly, the Account Manager will provide quarterly training for members on sales best practices while providing ongoing support and guidance.
This role will report to the Director of Strategic Initiatives.
Responsibilities

• 
  
• Take the lead in implementing effective renewal and upgrade sales systems to increase retention and ARR
  
• Take renewal and upgrade calls with members
  
• Analyze member sales data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for changes to the customer journey
  
• Develop and lead comprehensive sales trainings for Inner Circle members quarterly
  
• Provide ongoing support to members, answering questions and providing guidance as needed in the DSOA and Inner Circle Facebook groups
  
• Work closely with the Inner Circle team to ensure that the program is meeting the needs of members
  
• Stay up-to-date on the latest sales trends and best practices to continuously improve the program
  
  Requirements
  
  • 
    
  • 4+ years of sales experience, preferably in a coaching or training role
    
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
    
  • Exceptional teaching and coaching skills
    
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales data analysis
    
  • Strong understanding of sales best practices and techniques
    
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
    
    Preferred Qualifications:
    
    
    Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field
    Experience working in the coaching and/or dance industry
    Familiarity with the DSOA Inner Circle Program and its members

      Salary Range Disclosure
      The base range represents the low and high end of the Togetherwork salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Togetherwork's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary bonuses, long term incentives, a flexible paid vacation/personal time policy, 6 weeks paid parental leave and more.
      Salary Range
      US Remote: $70,000- $80,000 USD per year + bonus
