Summary of Position:Production Sr. Specialists are in charge of seat specification control and build up daily & weekly plan by using with MES & SAP.This position is charged of seat inventory and sequence shipping with ASRS system and also support GA's branch plant PC teams same as above to ensure everything runs effectively.Corporate:Adheres to the HTGSS policies and proceduresLearns, demonstrates and upholds HTGSS Core ValuesComplies with all HTGSS Certification standards; Management System (TS16949), Environmental ISO 14001-2015 and Health and Safety ISO 45001-2018 policies and proceduresTreats all HTGSS team members with respect and professional courtesyAlways strives to maintain a positive work environmentManages the department budget efficiently as per approved annual budgetPerforms additional assignments / duties as assigned EHSAdhere to all safety policies and proceduresComplies with all safety policies and 5S clean philosophy to maintain a safe, clean working environmentMeets company safety goals Technical:Responsible for TRANSYS seat daily/weekly sequence planning per customer requirement.Analyzing and forecasting while maintaining optimal seats inventory levels.Monitor customer production overview and online communication to identify shipping requirements on an hourly/daily basis, communication with customer on any issues which may affect schedule.Responsible for managing MES systems upload and TGPS coverage monitoring.Identify any shipment which may not be met and notify Production Ctrl. Manager, follow escalation procedure if delivery schedules are threatened.Make necessary changes to seat build schedule and load build plan on both MES and SAP based on customer requirementManaging and charged in Master Data in SAP(BOM/Routing/Work center/Production version)Managing and charged in GBASE related with SAP Master DataCharged in E.O change/manage in GBASE/SAP and EPIParticipate in EO Meetings, and lead obsolescence events.Charged in sequence deliver to customers with ASRSMaintain TRANSYS daily/weekly/monthly/yearly production / shipping resultReport daily seats and foam pads production result and operation rate to HQ on a daily basisData entry of all manual orders, seat build adjustment, and special build request.Monitor systems to ensure all part numbers, customer FSC code and product data information flows through the system in a timely manner.Participation in seats physical inventory and monthly production closingPerform other duties as assignedSupport & travel GA branch plant as same as above when necessary Reporting:Reports to: Logistic ManagerBenefits:401(k) Healthy Insurance Life InsuranceSupplemental InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance Paid time off Competency Requirements:Confidentiality: Adheres to the upmost confidentiality; particularly in regards to handling employment/personal information.
