Under the direction of an RN is responsible for patient safety,
welfare, and the implementation of therapeutic milieu and treatment
plans. -Serve as a patient observer on a patient care unit who has
been assessed to require any degree of observation in order to
maximize patient safety. -Perform general receptionist and clerical
duties in order to facilitate efficiency of the nursing unit.
