Then Lifebridge is looking for you!Lifebridge is looking for a driven and innovative individual to join our family and coordinate ourorganization's marketing and fundraising campaign responsibilities. This role will allow you to impact thesuccess of young people throughout the world.The role is 50% remote. In addition, this is a volunteer position that will transition to a part-time andeventually a full-time role as funding and increased workloads are realized.We are searching for a forward-thinking individual who is passionate about the community and desiresto grow experience and capabilities within the field. This candidate should exemplify strong problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal skills, superior organizational skills, communication skills, and acommitment to exercising our organization's core values.Reporting to the Director, the Executive Assistant is responsible for assisting the director, managers, andconsultant. You will handle payroll, update expense accounts, processes payment requests, plan events,prepare reports, manage calendars, conduct research and client relations, design and maintain a filingsystem, keep records, arrange travel plans, and organize meetings/minutes. You will also track CareCommunities, services provided, foster families, and attendance at events. Tracking responsibilities willalso include volunteer onboarding and background check completion follow-up with volunteers andstaff on assignments and results for tracking. Your work and voice will have a profound impact on thefuture of Lifebridge and those we serve. Other responsibilities of this role include: Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, andpreparing communications on the executive's behalf Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering whennecessary Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to theappropriate department Managing the director's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the mostsensitive matters Performing other duties/special projects as assigned.About UsLifebridge is a non-profit ministry of New Birth Outreach church dedicated to mobilizing, organizing, andequipping our congregation to help solve our community's foster care crisis.On any given day, more than 500,000 youth are in Foster Care. Foster youth aging out of the foster caresystem have higher rates of being undereducated, underemployed, and becoming homeless. Nearly 50%of former foster youth are homeless, and less than 8% attend college. These young people often findthemselves instantly on their own with no housing or support from family or community.
