Job Description:
A healthcare and senior living company is filling a position for
a Remote Accounts Payable Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
Verifying and performing initial review on vendor's legitimacy
Performing daily AP responsibilities by receiving, processing,
verifying, and reconciling invoices
Assigning bills to correct GL accounts and cost centers by
analyzing invoice/expense reports
Qualifications for this position include:
Minimum of two years of business accounting or other relevant
experience
High School Diploma or Equivalency required
Strong analytical and data gathering skills
Ability to process accurate information in a timely manner
Experience and competency working with people from diverse
backgrounds and cultures
