St Francis HospitalUnder the direction of an RN is responsible for patient safety, welfare, and the implementation of therapeutic milieu and treatment plans. - Serve as a patient observer on a patient care unit who has been assessed to require any degree of observation in order to maximize patient safety. - Perform general receptionist and clerical duties in order to facilitate efficiency of the nursing unit.Job Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum EducationTwo (2) years of collegiate coursework to include general psychology, interpersonal communication, abnormal psychology, and/or human growth and development - preferredRequired SkillsRequires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
