St Francis HospitalTheMT/MLT will work under the supervision of the Directorof Laboratory Services and in conjunction with the Laboratory Supervisors toperform duties related to the training and competency of the laboratory staff,safety and quality compliance and performance of bench duties in the assignedsection. Must be a certified MT/MLT, generalist,and complete all the competencies related to their area and perform eachessential duty satisfactorily. Job Requirements:Education: Baccalaureate degree in relevant sciences such asmedical technology, biology, or chemistry required and be nationally certified (ASCP, AAB, AMT). Or equivalent military experience. Experience: Minimumof 3 years of generalist experience required.
