We are looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Inventory Control Supervisor based at our Morrow location, reporting to the General Manager. Job Summary Inventory Control Supervisor will have experience running an inventory control department in a high sku base environment. Experience in setting up and executing cycle counting programs. Responsibilities: Managing physical inventories Supervising the daily activities of the inventory control staff Ensuring adequate levels of material and/or product inventories are maintained Evaluating inventory needs and implementing strategies to meet those needs. Contributing to the development of processes and procedures Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Knowledge: Data Analysis Time management techniques Inventory control procedures Skilled In: Excel Working in a fast-paced, moving ecommerce department Written and verbal communication Ability To : Set up and execute cycle counting programs Supervise, control and manage, instruct and lead others to complete the assigned tasks Work within a team environment Selective Preference: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in the related area as an inventory supervisor/manager; high school diploma or equivalent.
