Job Description:
You will be the Manufacturing Planner Supervisor for the
Production, Planning and Control organization. Our team is
responsible for managing the internal Make Planning and Material
Handling team within one of the production buildings on site. What
You Will Be Doing As the Manufacturing Planner Supervisor, you will
be responsible for leading the manufacturing planning, production
support, and material handling teams to ensure efficient production
operations. You will oversee the management and staffing of
approximately 3-5 direct reports and work to continuously improve
production processes through Production Management Teams and
operational metrics. Your responsibilities will include:
Manufacturing planning and scheduling to meet production demands
Production support to ensure smooth operations Material handling
and distribution to the production floor Continuous improvement
through Production Management Teams and operational metrics

Troy, Alabama location. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is
located at a facility that requires special access. The selected
candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start. Basic
Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent
experience • Experience in production, logistics, supply chain, or
inventory control • Experience with SAP or an MRP equivalent •
Demonstrated ability and experience communicating with peers,
leadership, and internal customers effectively on multiple
platforms (face-to-face, virtually, email, Teams, etc.) • Must have
the ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance and must have
a Interim Secret clearance prior to starting. • Candidate must be
able to pass a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives
(“ATF”) background check to obtain approval to be an “employee
possessor” (of explosives or other ATF-regulated items) as defined
by ATF regulations. Failure to obtain and retain employee possessor
status may result in revocation of an offer and loss of employment

Experience/understanding of managing budgets • Demonstrated
proficient knowledge of computer systems, office applications and
warehouse management systems • Demonstrated ability to work
independently and make effective decisions • Working knowledge of
Apriso Warehouse Management • Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire
Control Manufacturing operations experience • Experience and
understanding of establishing performance metrics commensurate with

Ability to work remotely Onsite Full-time: The work associated with
this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed
Martin facility. Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports
a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional
flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40
hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time
away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off
benefits. Security Clearance Information This position requires a
government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for
consideration. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this
position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most
major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland,
Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is
$73,800 - $130,180. For states not referenced above, the salary
range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work
location. Please note that the salary information is a general
guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not
limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's
work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market
and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits
offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term

and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented
full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid

time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up
to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for
holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated
based on start date during the calendar year. This position is
incentive plan eligible. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for
this position in most major metropolitan areas in California,
Massachusetts, and New York is $84,900 - $147,085. For states not
referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect
the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary
