Job Description Job Description Job Title: Injection Molding
Technician Job Description The candidate in this position will be
responsible for starting up, shutting down, and monitoring
injection molding machines to ensure that parts meet
specifications. This role involves assisting in the setup and
startup of all machines within the facility, which includes both
automated and manual machines. Initial training will be provided
for 4-5 weeks during the first shift, after which the candidate
will transition to the second shift. Responsibilities Start up and
shut down injection molding machines. Monitor machines to ensure
parts meet specifications. Assist in the setup and startup of all
machines in the facility. Perform quality checks and ensure quality
assurance throughout the shift. Essential Skills 2-3 years of
experience in the plastic industry. 2-3 years of experience in
machine operating. Experience with setup or processing machines.
Additional Skills & Qualifications Familiarity with injection
molding and plastic injection processes. Prior knowledge of machine
operations is beneficial but not required. Why Work Here? Join a

several machines on the floor, fostering a close-knit production
team. It can get warm during the winter months. Safety glasses are
required, and pants should be worn below the knees. Openings are
available on the first shift (6am-4pm) and second shift (4pm-2am).
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out
of Buchanan, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position
is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some
benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of
