Job Description Job Description Reporting to the Warehouse
Supervisor, the Warehouse Lead , is a motivated and detail-oriented
individual who wants to be a part of our dynamic team. As a
Warehouse Lead, will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and
efficient operation of our warehouse. The Warehouse Lead will be
responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily warehouse
activities, leading a team of warehouse associates, and ensuring
the efficient and safe operation of the warehouse. Responsibilities
• Receiving and Inspection: Receive incoming shipments, inspect for
accuracy, and document any discrepancies. Ensure all products are
in good condition and report any damages or issues. • Storage and
Organization: Safely and efficiently store products in designated
areas, optimizing space utilization and maintaining a
well-organized warehouse. • Order Picking and Packing: Accurately
pick and pack customer orders, ensuring items are properly labeled
and prepared for shipment. • Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols
and guidelines to create a secure work environment. Report any
safety concerns or incidents immediately. • Equipment Operation:
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
safely and proficiently. Perform routine equipment inspections and
maintenance. • Supervision and Leadership: Lead, coach, and
motivate a team of warehouse associates to achieve operational
excellence. Provide guidance, training, and support to team
members. • Order Fulfillment: Coordinate order picking, packing,
and shipping processes to meet customer requirements and delivery
schedules. Monitor order accuracy and quality standards. Required
Skills/Abilities • High school diploma or equivalent. • Fluent in
workflow with relevant programs and processes. • Ability to lift
and carry heavy objects, up to 60 pounds. • Strong attention to
detail and accuracy. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. • Forklift
certification is a plus. • Unafraid of heights up to 30ft. •
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures is a plus.

service, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
