Provides a wide variety of administrative and staff support
services to the legal department and associated managers. May serve
as administrative liaison to others within and outside the company
regarding administrative issues related to purchasing, equipment,
facilities and operations.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides a wide variety of detailed administrative and support
services to a department/division and the associated managers.
Works independently on day-to-day work.
Responsibilities include: scheduling and maintaining a calendar of
appointments, performing various copying functions, disseminating
in-coming and out-going mail, meeting planning, maintaining
inventory of office supplies, preparing and distributing meeting
minutes, preparing expense reports, and scheduling travel
Creates and/or assembles presentations for meetings with charts,
graphs or tables; may be responsible for having publications
Sets up meetings with applicable software, arranges for meeting
locations, prepares agendas, and gathers information for recurring
Maintains appropriate files, documentation, logs, etc. as
Answers a multi-line telephone, provides information, keeps
accurate records and concise messages, performs discreet call
screening, forwards calls as appropriate, and at all times provides
excellent customer service.
Responsible for coordinating the day to day budget processes for
the department. Monitors the department's monthly budget.
Responds to and resolves most questions and issues, referring only
the most complex to the next level.
Enters data into department specific database: complies data and
prepares management reports.
Applies knowledge of the job to complete routine and non-routine
assignment. Understands technical aspects of the job.

functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures,
laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role.
