Responsibilities: • Draft and negotiate agreements and correspondence related to labor and employment matters. • Provide employers with advice on compliance and best practices concerning employment law. • Handle all aspects of litigation, including preparing pleadings, conducting depositions, and representing clients in court or administrative settings. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their legal needs are met. • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies. • Collaborate with team members to deliver comprehensive legal solutions. • Prepare and review legal motions, briefs, and discovery documents. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in employment law and litigation. • Active license to practice law in Michigan. • Proven ability to draft motions, briefs, and discovery documents with precision. • Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and strategies. • Demonstrated expertise in advising employers on compliance with employment laws. • Exceptional analytical, writing, and communication skills. • Ability to manage client relationships and provide strategic legal counsel.
