Wilson Elser's Atlanta office is currently seeking a Senior General Liability Attorney with experience in general liability, premises, products, transportation, employment, or insurance. This is a hybrid position offering great flexibility. Key Responsibilities: Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, legal memoranda, and other legal documents Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations. Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments and offices, contributing to a cohesive and supportive team environment. Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end. Communicate with clients and provide status reports. Qualifications JD from an ABA accredited law school Admitted to practice in the state of Georgia 8 years of defense litigation experience Experience with litigation involving general liability, premises, products, transportation, employment, or insurance preferred. Superior analytical skills Strong written and oral communication skills Sophisticated technical skills necessary First chair trial experience a plus LI-NK1 Why Should You Apply?
