We are currently seeking a Permanent Associate Attorney to join our esteemed team of legal experts. This is a phenomenal opportunity to work on high-profile real estate transactions, including residential and commercial closings. You will play an integral role in our firm's real estate division, where you will provide strategic legal counsel to our clients, ensuring their property transactions are seamless and legally sound. Responsibilities:As a Associate Attorney, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:1. Handling all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions, from drafting and negotiating contracts to closing deals.2. Representing clients in real estate disputes and litigation, if necessary.3. Conducting thorough legal research and due diligence to ensure all transactions are compliant with local, state, and federal laws.4.
