Cox Automotive is seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our IT team and play a crucial role in optimizing our Salesforce solutions. This role is pivotal in enhancing our sales and client relationship management while ensuring robust functionality and user satisfaction. As a leader in automotive services, Cox Automotive offers unique insights into the automotive industry, providing an exciting opportunity for a Salesforce expert to contribute to transformative projects that support our clients from car manufacturers to car dealers and buyers. Manage daily support and maintenance of internal Salesforce instance, and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure alignment with business developments. Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users, manage Salesforce projects, and integrate solutions where applicable. Perform system maintenance checks and troubleshoot issues, ensuring high levels of performance and security. Develop and maintain customized reports and dashboards, and continuously improve the platform to enhance user experience and business insights. Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other related tasks. Develop training materials and provide training and support to Salesforce users. Monitor Salesforce trends, upgrades, and new features to recommend and implement solutions that will provide long-term benefits. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, with an ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity. Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality. Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills. Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
