A company is looking for a Technical Customer Success Manager in the AMER region.



Key Responsibilities:

Act as primary point of contact for clients and optimize value delivered through the platform
Lead customer engagements, provide technical guidance, and ensure customer success
Serve as the voice of the customer within the company and collaborate cross-functionally


Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles
Technical exposure to SDKs and APIs
4-year undergraduate degree
Extensive experience providing data-driven solutions to enterprise customers
Proven consulting experience and ability to connect client needs to product capabilities
