As Barclays' CRM Technical Business Analyst (Salesforce), based
in New York will be working closely with various stakeholders
within IT, Control functions and the business to define the
requirements for the CRM for Banking salesforce.com platform, work
with the globally distributed development team to deliver on those
requirements and also help with the testing of the

opportunity.WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Participating in requirements gathering & definition, analysis,
and design phases
- Acting as liaison and coordinator between stakeholders and
technology team, communicating effectively with each group using
their preferred vocabularies
- Assisting with testing cycles, utilising off-shore testing team
and coordinating business involvement
- Answering queries in the support queue and maintain the
issues/features tracking database -
- Preparing management reports to track status of deliverables,
system usage KPIs and delivery progress against roadmap
- Monitoring solution quality and advise project manager and team
leads on areas for process improvement
- Assisting the team in evaluating trade-offs between quality,
features and delivery
- Evaluating current business processes to identify potential
areas of improvementWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 5+ years' experience in an Investment banking environment, with
strong skills in analysing business processes, supporting data
structures and recommending improvements -
- 2+ years' experience working as part of an agile development
team -
- Knowledge of SQL, software development and SDLC -
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent field
-SKILLS THAT WILL HELP YOU IN THE ROLE:
- Master's degree in a technical field -
- Great analytical skills and ability to use them in multiple
user and IT environments globally -
- Knowledge of Salesforce (nice to have) -
- Proactive team player with well-developed interpersonal skills
-WHERE WILL YOU BE WORKING?You will be working at our Americas
Headquarters at 745 Seventh Avenue. This 37-story office tower is
located in Times Square in the heart of Manhattan and features a
cafeteria, fitness center and state-of-the-art LED signage on the
facade of the building.Because this position involves regular
