Additionally, as mandated under Executive order 12989, H2 is required to verify employment eligibility of selected candidates through the Department of Labor-s - E-Verify.H2 Performance is seeking a Web Content (SharePoint) Specialist who will provide support to the Fort Benning Army customer in Fort Benning, GA. This position shall work closely with Government personnel to provide SharePoint support.Responsibilities include:+ Provide support for the creation, testing, migration, documentation, maintenance, and daily operation of SharePoint collaboration capabilities and Knowledge System (SharePoint) Tools.+ Provide knowledge and support for Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Office 365 and emerging collaboration tools as identified to successfully satisfy information requirements.+ Work closely with users and stakeholders to analyze and determine detailed business requirements, goals, and risks in order to formulate and define technical scope and objectives of projects as they relate to SharePoint solution opportunities and present to Government for approval and implementation.+ Establish and enforce governance (policy) rules. Plan and implement monthly SharePoint Power User group meetings and convey information to the team. Compile monthly reports on usage and progress of site collection.+ Perform SharePoint Site Collection Administration to include managing configuration of permissions.+ Act as Tier 1 support for end-users and site designers. Train end-users on basic functionality. Direct users to training material and available resources. Collaborate with organizational trainers to audit knowledge systems training programs of instruction (POIs) in order to ensure efficacy of training with organizational needs.+ Recognize quality or security problems by identifying abnormalities, reporting violations. Provide accuracy checks for stored data; working towards meeting information assurance policies and regulations.+ Designs and provides technical support for forms and associated workflows using SharePoint Designer.+ Assists in testing, deployment, and maintenance of SharePoint web parts, master pages, site templates, and other SharePoint related customizations.Required Education:+ BS Degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science or Information SystemsRequired Qualifications:+ CompTIA Security + CE Certification+ Five (5) years- Information Technology experience+ Two (2) years- experience providing web content editing and administration+ Demonstrated experience with SharePoint 2010 / 2013 / 2016+ Preferred experience with JavaScript, Microsoft SQL, HTML, CSS, & PhotoShop+ Experience working with the Department of Defense is highly desiredClearance Qualifications:Candidates must be a U.S. Citizen and hold an active Secret security clearance at the time of application.Qualified candidates may submit their resume to the career section of our company website at http://www.h2pc.com.
