Will Have In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to
the broader Talent Acquisition team by generating high-quality
talent pipelines for a wide range of positions. You'll actively
monitor market trends, engage candidates through thoughtful
outreach, and provide ongoing competitive intelligence to help
shape recruitment strategies. This role is ideal for someone who
enjoys building relationships, thinking creatively, and driving
measurable results in sourcing and early-stage recruitment. What
You Will Do Source, identify, and engage talent across multiple
online platforms and networking channels. Conduct initial phone
screens to assess candidate fit, experience, and overall
qualifications. Gather detailed candidate information and present
qualified profiles to the Talent Acquisition team. Partner closely
with hiring managers to understand position requirements and ideal
candidate profiles. Create personalized outreach strategies to
attract passive and active candidates. Build and maintain proactive
pipelines to support various hiring needs across the organization.
Leverage sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday,
Oracle, and Phenom People. Support recruitment marketing efforts to
enhance employer brand visibility. Track sourcing metrics and share
data-driven insights to improve processes and outcomes. Stay
informed on talent market activity, competitor movements, and
sourcing best practices. Required: 5-7 years of sourcing experience
across multiple job families. Experience working within large
organizations (1,000 employees). At least 1 year of recruitment
marketing experience. Strong proficiency with ATS platforms and
LinkedIn Recruiter . Ability to travel approximately 10% annually .
Strong communication, research, and candidate engagement skills.

environments. Tools & Platforms Used Workday (preferred) Oracle
(preferred) LinkedIn Recruiter Pay Details: $13,000.00 to
