Barista As a Barista, you’ll create a welcoming experience by preparing high-quality coffee and specialty beverages with speed and precision. You’ll engage with fans, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure every order meets brand and quality standards. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering great service with a smile. Schedule: Breakfast - shifts start between 6am and 7am on Monday - Wednesday; other days as needed Key Responsibilities You will be the bright start to our fans' mornings, serving up delicious coffee and espresso drinks with a smile. Your daily tasks will include operating coffee and espresso machines, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing exceptional customer service. You will report to the Beverage Manager or Bistro Supervisor. A career as a barista can lead to opportunities in various roles within the hospitality industry, such as bartender, beverage manager, or even food and beverage management positions. Education & Experience Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have No educational minimum is required Previous experience in a similar or related position What You’ll Need to Succeed Eligible to work in the United States Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with fans about job-related needs.
