A customer service outsourcing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Service Escalation Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities Include:
Providing immediate feedback to supervisors and managers of individual performance issues
Leading specialists in response to customer issues, complex inquiries, and difficult situations
Ensuring that all customer escalations and complaints are managed within company guidelines
Position Requirements Include:

Strong keyboard skills
Knowledge of dental terminology/procedures/radiographs
Basic knowledge of HIPAA guidelines
Skilled in basic mathematical calculations
Skilled at deescalating difficult or complex situations
Strong problem solving skills
