What You ll Do
  • Provide neonatal care within a 66-bed Level-III NICU
  • Collaborate with an established team of Neonatology clinicians, including experienced NNP coverage
  • Manage care for critically ill newborns requiring advanced respiratory therapies and other NICU-level interventions
  • Support care delivery for therapies including high-frequency ventilation and nitric oxide
  • Participate in NICU care that may include brain cooling
  • Work in a hospital with readily available pediatric subspecialty support
  • Maintain clinical standards and documentation as part of routine NICU practice
What You Need
Required
  • Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Board Certified
    • FNP/PNP or other NP certifications not accepted
  • 2+ years of current NNP employment experience (excluding RN experience)
  • Ability to work variable shifts including weekend coverage and scheduled 16-hour night coverage (4 days/week)
  • No new graduate candidates

Preferred
  • Experience working in a high-acuity NICU environment
  • Comfort collaborating in a Level-III NICU model with subspecialty support
