What You ll Do
- Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level III
NICU
- Manage care for critically ill and premature
newborns in a high-volume NICU/SCN
- Deliver individualized, evidence-based care for medically
complex newborns
- Participate in collaborative clinical decision-making with a
multidisciplinary team
- Work alongside neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, newborn
nursery pediatricians, and other NICU staff
- Support newborn stabilization, treatment planning, and ongoing
intensive care management
- Contribute to a fast-growing neonatal program with expanding
coverage needs
What You Need
Required
- Active/eligible Nurse Practitioner
licensure/certification (specific requirements not
listed)
Preferred
- NICU/neonatology experience (not specified); new
graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong ability to work in a high-acuity, multidisciplinary
environment
- Commitment to evidence-based, compassionate care for medically
