Number of Anesthetizing Sites onsite: 10-14 POS
Cases at 1st site: GI, ENT, Gen Surg, Gyn, Neuro, Ophth, Maxillo, Gen Ortho, Spine, Total Joints, Plastics, Podiatry, Urology, Vascular, Pain, Thoracic/Rad Onc, OB, Endo, Peds
Cases at 2nd site: Bariatric, Gen Surg, Neuro, Gen Ortho, Spine, Total Joints, Plastics, Podiatry, Urology, Endo, Peds
EMR: Epic
