Registered Respiratory Therapist Location: Columbus, GA Agency: Acruex Health Pay: $1,440 to $1,584 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Pay Rate: $40.00 - $44.00/Hourly. Summary: A Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) is responsible for evaluating, treating, and caring for patients with breathing or cardiopulmonary disorders. The therapist works with physicians and healthcare teams to provide respiratory therapy treatments and support patients with lung diseases or breathing difficulties. Responsibilities: ?Assess and monitor patients with breathing or cardiopulmonary conditions. Administer oxygen therapy and aerosol medications. Operate and monitor ventilators and other respiratory support equipment. Perform diagnostic tests such as pulmonary function tests and blood gas analysis. Assist in emergency situations involving respiratory distress. Educate patients and families about respiratory treatments and home care. Requirements Requirements: 1 - Year experience Required, Epic experience Required, BLS Certification, ACLS Certification, PALS Certification, RRT, NRP Certification Preferred, GA state license.
