for your move Key Responsibilities of the CT Technologist Perform
high-quality CT scans according to physician orders and department
protocols Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures,
ensuring comfort and safety Operate and maintain CT imaging
equipment following safety and radiation standards Collaborate with
radiologists and healthcare teams to ensure accurate imaging and
optimal patient outcomes Maintain detailed patient records and
imaging documentation within hospital information systems Monitor
patients during scans and respond appropriately to any adverse
reactions Adhere to HIPAA, infection control, and hospital policy
standards Requirements of the CT Technologist Active ARRT (CT)
certification and Georgia state license (or eligibility to obtain)
Current BLS and CPR certifications required Minimum of 1-2 years of
recent CT imaging experience preferred Strong knowledge of CT
protocols, anatomy, and cross-sectional imaging Excellent
