Current Physical Therapy license in Alabama required to start the assignment. Current CPR certification required. Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle for patient visits across the service area. Experience providing home health physical therapy preferred. Ability to complete evaluations, develop plans of care, and document per state and CMS requirements. Schedule flexibility required, including participation in weekend rotation and potential holiday availability. Experience supervising PTAs or home health aides is preferred and must follow state regulation. Assignment Details Facility Type: Home Health. Assignment Length: 8 week assignment. Work Days: 4 days per week. Float Requirement: May visit patients across the agency's service area and nearby agency locations as needed. Location Highlights.
