Job Description Job Description Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification and minimum 2 years Surgical Tech / Operating Room Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Exciting opportunity for a certified Surgical Technician or experienced OR nurse to contribute expertise in a dynamic healthcare environment. This contract position is based in Warner Robins, GA, and offers the chance to work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support surgical and family birth center services. Shift Details: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM SimpliFi Clinical Interviewing required On-call requirement: one night shift call back every two weeks Weekend rotation: 6 shifts in a 6-week cycle Holiday coverage: one shift during major holidays including Thanksgiving (or the following day), Christmas Eve or Christmas Day, and New Years Eve or New Years Day Floating responsibilities include providing support within the Family Birth Center Key Duties: Assist with surgical procedures in the operating room ensuring strict adherence to sterile techniques and patient safety protocols Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and equipment Collaborate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other clinical staff throughout perioperative care Support patient care activities when floating to the Family Birth Center, adapting to the unique needs of maternal and neonatal patients Desired Qualifications: Certified Surgical Technician credential required Registered Nurse with Operating Room Training (ORT) experience desirable Proven ability to work independently and manage call-back responsibilities Strong critical thinking and communication skills conducive to a fast-paced clinical setting Flexibility to work holiday shifts and float as needed Location Information:Warner Robins, GA, offers a welcoming community with a strong focus on healthcare excellence.
