Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated OB/GYN to join the hospital-employed team in Enterprise, AL. Key Highlights: Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care, including prenatal care, deliveries, and gynecological surgeries. Deliver high-quality care to a diverse patient population, ensuring excellent outcomes for both mothers and babies. Participate in the development and growth of a hospital-employed OB/GYN practice. Perform routine OB/GYN procedures, including C-sections, hysterectomies, and other surgeries as needed. Contribute to the development of best practices and clinical guidelines within the practice. Work in a supportive, team-oriented environment with a focus on patient-centered care. Shared call coverage - 1:4 Hospital averages ~ 796 deliveries per year Comprehensive Financial Package that may include all of the following: Competitive Salary: $400,000 - $425,000 Commencement Bonus: $50,000 Medical Education Repayment: Up to $75,000 paid monthly over three years Residency Stipend: $25,000 (divided equally and paid monthly from the time of contract sign until the completion of residency) 3-Year Employment Agreements Incentive Bonus based on WRVUs Relocation Expenses: Up to $15,000 CME, Licensure, Dues, Subscriptions Vacation, Health, Dental, Vision benefits Option to participate in 401(k) with Employer match J-1 Waiver sponsorship available - HHS-designated facility (Conrad 30 and non-Conrad options).
