Job Description:
Georgia Hospice Care (GHC) is actively seeking a compassionate
and dedicated Registered Nurse RN to join our committed team in
providing exceptional end-of-life care focused on enhancing the
comfort and quality of life of our patients. In this vital role,
you will implement physician-directed care plans, administer
medications, and monitor patient health across various counties in
Georgia. As a GHC nurse, you will work closely with patients and
families, offering the emotional support and medical care needed
during difficult times. We value our nurses and offer ongoing
education and support to ensure professional growth and excellent
patient care. Assess patient conditions and plan, implement, or
evaluate care plans. Monitor patient health and document symptoms
and vital signs. Administer medications and treatments as
prescribed by the attending physician. Educate and support patients
and their families on end-of-life care and management. Collaborate
with a multidisciplinary team to provide superior patient care.
Ensure all healthcare regulations and safety standards are met.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in
managing multiple patients and prioritizing tasks. Able to provide
empathetic, effective patient care. Knowledge of healthcare
software and systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Life Insurance Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
in the state of Georgia. CPR certified.
