Job Description Job Title: Nocturnist – Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) - Troy, NY Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Shift: 7 PM – 7 AM | 7 on / 7 off Compensation: $332,800/year bonuses and benefits Position Overview: A respected hospital in Troy, NY is seeking full-time Nocturnists to join a well-established hospitalist team. This opportunity offers a collegial practice environment, flexible scheduling, and support from APPs. The hospital features a closed ICU (managed by intensivists), so hospitalists are not required to perform procedures or manage ICU patients . However, nocturnists are expected to respond to rapids and codes .
