Registered Respiratory Therapist Location: Columbus, GA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,822 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 8 Weeks Start Date: 3/23/2026 About the Position Job Title: Respiratory Therapist Profession: Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics Specialty: RRT Duration: 8 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year required; first-timers accepted License: GA RRT License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS Must-Have: Trauma experience required; pulmonary function testing experience preferred Description: This position involves working with a diverse patient population, including infants, children, adults, and seniors. The Respiratory Therapist will manage non-invasive ventilation and conventional ventilation. The role includes performing aerosol therapy and bedside pulmonary function tests. Responsibilities also encompass performing arterial lines, oxygen management, patient education, and conducting arterial and capillary blood gases. Experience with pediatric intubated patients is required. Familiarity with electronic medical record systems and respiratory equipment is preferred. This position may involve floating to other areas as needed. Holidays will be scheduled according to policy, and availability during major holidays is expected.
