Role Overview We are seeking a Clinical Director and Board
Certified Behavior Analyst to lead our center-based ABA services in
Macon, Georgia. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled
clinician who values collaboration, innovation, and quality. In
this role, you will oversee service delivery and center operations,
ensuring the highest standards of care. Key Responsibilities Lead
and manage the center, including overseeing a team of BCBAs and
collaborating with the Operations Manager. Supervise BCBA teams to
ensure treatment plans align with best practices and meet
individual client needs. Conduct tours for prospective client
families, showcasing our commitment to quality care. Coach BCBAs on
clinical and leadership skills, fostering professional growth.
Partner with parents and caregivers to ensure sustained client
progress. Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of
excellence. Implement and oversee innovative ABA methods, including
RFT, with guidance from the Clinical Excellence team. Ideal

Enthusiastic about representing the organization to employees,
families, and the broader ABA community. Minimum of three years’
experience as an in-center BCBA. Benefits 15 paid days off

Qualifications Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
At least three years of in-center BCBA experience. Proven
leadership and operational management skills. Expertise in skill
acquisition and behavior reduction techniques. Success in managing
and mentoring clinical team members.
