community in all we do Practice Overview: • Position will be in
support of our Gainesville campus, a 700 bed, Level 1 Trauma Center
located in beautiful Northeast Georgia • Exciting opportunity to be
on the ground floor of a new endocrinology practice, currently
consisting of an experienced team of one physician and two IP APPs,
and the opportunity to practice in areas of specific interest to
you! • Ambulatory and inpatient consults • Care of the diabetes
patients in the hospital including but not limited to diabetes
management, insulin pump and CGM management, thyroid and adrenal
disease management and any other endocrine disease states • Strong
cardiology group to coordinate care for patients with metabolic
syndromes • Established team of one Endocrinologist, two IP APPs,
Certified Diabetic Educators, Dieticians and Nurses for pump
management in place covering all hospital campuses • Opportunities
for research and working with residents and fellows from our
multidisciplinary GME programs available • EMR Platform Epic (both
inpatient and outpatient in all offices and hospital campuses)
Working together with Physicians like you: • BC/BE in Endocrinology
• Passion for quality and patient care • Functions well in a team
environment, contributing to and supporting organizational goals
and initiatives • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a
medical provider within the specialty of Endocrinology preferred •
Functions well in a team environment, contributing to and
supporting organizational goals and initiatives and willing to
supervise IP APP team members. • Desire to be part of the
development of a world-class Endocrinology program and team. •
