Job Opportunity – Emergency Department Registered Nurse – Alabama Start Date: February 16, 2026 Location: Dothan, Alabama Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, includes weekend coverage Highlights: Emergency Department setting serving all age groups from infants to geriatrics 32-bed unit with approximately 163 visits per day Interdisciplinary support including Respiratory Services, Interpretation Services, and Radiology Night shift role with consistent 12-hour scheduling Opportunity to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Requirements: Active Alabama RN license or compact license (must be active at time of application) Minimum 2 years of nursing experience Current ACLS and BLS certifications required TNCC, NIHSS, and PALS certifications preferred Triage skills essential Previous travel nursing experience strongly preferred; extensive clinical experience may be considered Experience in large healthcare facilities preferred COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only) Flu vaccination required (no exemptions) Why It's a Great Opportunity: This Emergency Department role offers the chance to provide critical care to a diverse patient population across all age groups in a supportive, well-resourced environment.
