Certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA), NIHSS Must-Have: Strong surgical
background with experience in trauma, post-trauma patients, burns,
orthopedics, cardiovascular surgical patients, neurosurgical
patients, and other complex surgical cases. Experience with CRRT,
dialysis, and open heart recovery is highly desirable. Description:
Candidates need to have a strong surgical background. Experience in
trauma and post-trauma patients is preferred. Familiarity with
burns, orthopedics, and cardiovascular surgical patients is
required. Knowledge of neurosurgical patients and complex surgical
cases secondary to trauma or oncological issues is necessary.
Medical ICU patients may be placed in this unit when other ICU beds
are unavailable. The charting system used is MEDITECH. Candidates
must possess ACLS, BLS (AHA), and NIHSS certifications. A strict
